The smart home technology and lighting innovator SKYX Platforms Corp. (NASDAQ: SKYX), announced it will supply more than 10,000 units of its smart plug-and-play lighting and home technologies to a new 278-apartment development in Austin’s Manor area. The project is being built by Landmark Companies, a developer with nearly three decades of experience and a portfolio of thousands of residential units across Texas, Florida, and Colorado.
The Austin development will include a mix of modern amenities such as swimming pools, landscaped green spaces, a gym, and conference facilities. SKYX’s contribution will feature ceiling lighting, ceiling fans, recessed and downlights, indoor and outdoor wall fixtures, EXIT and emergency lights, as well as plug-in LED backlit mirrors and other smart products.
